Democracy & AI

The seminar is arranged by Center for Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence (University of Copenhagen) and Centre for AI Ethics, Law, and Policy (Aalborg University)

In recent years, research not just on the ethics of AI but also on the politics of AI has surged. This seminar brings together international scholars on the topic of democracy and AI to present current challenges concerning governance, democracy, power, and legitimacy. We invite all (both scholars and students across disciplines) to participate in the seminar and to engage with the present issues for AI and democracy. With six presentations of around 15–20 minutes and 10–15 minutes for discussion, we hope this seminar will host lively discussions.
